Over the years, the small artisanal roasting company has evolved into a modern and dynamic industrial reality, without ever losing sight of the values that have distinguished it from the beginning.
High-quality
production
In order for the coffee to reach the consumer in the best condition, it must be cleaned of all impurities; for this we use 2 sets of air filters both before and after roasting.
In the roasting process, the coffee is roasted and air-cooled in order to best preserve its organoleptic characteristics.
Blending is carried out with ripe coffee beans and a careful analysis of the production process ensures full compliance with regulations.
